About me
I am a sustainability and development practitioner who has spent more than twenty years working in African countries and other emerging markets, designing and implementing programmes that improve livelihoods while protecting the environment.
I bridge strategy and grassroots realities, helping organisations turn good intentions into concrete action. I also bridge business, impact and sustainability, working at the intersection of operations, leadership and finance.
A bit more about me
Over the past years I have worked across five African countries, supporting projects on reforestation, clean energy, inclusive entrepreneurship, startups and regenerative value chains.
My work has involved programme design and management, partnerships, fundraising and on-the-ground implementation with communities, entrepreneurs, MSMEs and institutions, often exploring innovative ways to finance impact.
Alongside this, I advise purpose-driven organisations, B Corps and social enterprises, and host The Samuele Tini Show – a podcast where I interview changemakers about real-world sustainability and impact, especially in emerging markets.
I hold a degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences from the University of Turin in Italy and an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK, where I focused my research on social enterprises and purpose-driven business models.

The best solutions are co-created with communities, entrepreneurs and practitioners on the ground, especially in complex emerging-market contexts.
Business and finance can be a force for good
When designed with care, business models, value chains and financial flows can support both people and planet. I enjoy working with founders, startups and changemakers to solve real problems and create sustainable impact.
We learn by doing
Experimenting, listening and adjusting are essential parts of any impact journey.
I have sat on boards, worked on turnaround strategies and supported teams that are changing lives in challenging environments, often with limited resources and tight financial constraints.
